Scope of the air navigation equipment supply
The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 01 consists of NDB (Non Directional Beacon) radio beacons, and Lot 02 consists of supplementary ground lighting guidance panels for aircraft. The scope includes factory acceptance testing and on-site training. The execution period is eight months for Lot 01 and ten months for Lot 02 following the service commencement order. A warranty period of 24 months applies after delivery.
Tender procedure
The procurement will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. Evaluation will be based on a weighted system where technical factors account for 30/100 and the bid cost accounts for 70/100. No preference margins will be granted.
