Scope of the construction of training and incubation building
The works involve the construction of a training and incubation building with a construction period of 562 calendar days. The procurement is being conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures as part of the Second Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP2).
Qualification requirements
Eligible bidders must meet specific financial and technical criteria. The average annual construction turnover over the last three years (2023, 2024, and 2025) must be at least USD 2.7 million. Bidders must also demonstrate experience as a prime contractor for at least two contracts of similar nature and complexity, each valued at at least USD 1.3 million within the last five years. Additionally, a minimum of USD 0.9 million in liquid assets is required.
