How TenderZoom Works From scattered notices to one decision screen

How tender tracking works in TenderZoom: the platform gathers tender notices from EKAP, TED, UNGM, the World Bank, EBRD and other national and international portals — currently 29 connected sources — into one list, translates titles and summaries, lets you filter and rank them for your profile, and alerts you when new notices match your saved searches. Below: the steps, what you gain, and where the limits are.

Who is it for?

TenderZoom is built for teams that need to monitor public and international-organization tenders regularly.

  • Exporters and contractors looking for work abroad
  • Sales and bid teams preparing offers
  • Tender consultancies and independent consultants

The problem we solve

Tender notices are published on dozens of separate portals, in different languages, with different interfaces and schedules. A team spends hours each week browsing portals to find opportunities, and some are never seen.

TenderZoom brings that discovery work into one place: the same filters, the same language, the same list. The decision stays yours; we shorten the work before it.

How it works in 4 steps

What the system does in the background is clearly separate from what you do.

  1. Collects from sources

Notices from connected sources are ingested on a regular schedule. The cadence varies by source; it is regular refresh, not a live portal stream.

  2. Standardizes and translates

Each notice's buyer, country, dates and sector are put into a common format; titles and summaries are translated into Turkish. Every notice links back to the original.

  3. Filters and ranks for your profile

You filter by country, sector, source or keyword. If you have entered a company profile, the matching engine produces a fit score.

  4. Saves and alerts

You save a search and turn it into an alert; you are notified when new notices match your filter. You still need to confirm the deadline on the source portal.

What do you gain?

We do not promise numbers; the gain is a concrete change in how the work is done.

One screen

Search and compare in one list instead of visiting dozens of portals.

Readable titles

Read titles and summaries in Turkish and quickly judge whether a notice fits you.

Fewer missed opportunities

Set alerts on saved searches and get notified when a matching notice appears.

Prioritization

Profile matching shows which notice to look at first.

Market and competitor visibility

Read the market on the contract awards page: who won which contract.

Verifiability

Every notice carries an official source link; the source notice always prevails.

Where does the tender news come from?

The news section is prepared by an automated news production system from EKAP, EBRD, TED and IsDB notices, for notices chosen first by a newsworthiness filter. Automated verification is not a substitute for human editorial review, and each story is not individually approved by an editor.

Where AI is used and what is checked is explained plainly on the News Publishing Principles page.

Limits you should know

  • Data is refreshed on a regular ingestion schedule; it is not a live portal stream. Confirm deadlines on the source portal.
  • Turkish titles and summaries are for information; for a bid, the official document in the source portal's language prevails.
  • News and the matching score are decision support; whether to bid is your decision.
  • Each source has a different scope; a notice missing from the list does not mean it is missing at the source.
