Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is undertaking market engagement with Suppliers to gain a better understanding of the market available for the management of garden waste arising from Warwickshire Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs). Information gathered from this market testing exercise will inform the procurement strategy and contract design including the specification, ensuring the Council achieves its objectives and best value for money. The Council has nine HWRC's located across the County, receiving in excess of 1.5 million visits every year.
