Dear Supplier, The Council is currently undertaking pre-market engagement in relation to potential suicide prevention works at its multi-storey car parks. For one car park work is required to install new vehicular edge protection alongside suicide prevention works, and for all car parks the Council has a requirement to consider immediate, temporary suicide prevention remedies. The purpose of this exercise is to gain a better understanding of the current market, available solutions, delivery models, indicative costs, timescales, technical considerations and potential procurement routes.
