The North Wales Corporate Joint Committee, known as Ambition North Wales, leading on behalf of the six North Wales local authorities, are exploring opportunities to secure a delivery partner to establish and operate a regional collective purchasing scheme for domestic low-carbon technologies. Project HARP (Home Adoption of Renewables Programme) aims to help homeowners and other eligible residents, as well as SMEs and local community centres, purchase high-quality installations at cheaper competitive prices through a supported group-purchasing model.
