Together for Children (TfC) are undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement for the following: TfC Sunderland have a requirement to procure a support provider for the provision of Supported Accommodation and related services to Young Parents 16 - 21 years of age who are: -Cared for -Care experienced - open to TFC with either a Child Protection Plan or Child in Need Plan. The Supported Accommodation provision will be located in Sunderland and will provide eight 2-bedroom flats. Each flat has a lounge and kitchen area and has its own front door.
