Flagship Housing Development Limited, a subsidiary of Bromford Flagship LiveWest, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced contractors for the award of a JCT Design and Build Contract for the delivery of a residential development at Godwinson Gate, Barton Way, Ormesby St Margaret, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk (NR29 3SD). The development comprises the construction of 55 dwellings, including 24 Affordable Rent homes, 3 Shared Ownership homes and 28 Open Market Sale homes.
