Learners’ Trust is seeking to identify suitably experienced and capable cleaning service providers to potentially undertake the Trust's cleaning services contract. This Expression of Interest ("EOI") represents Stage One of the Trust's proposed procurement process. The procurement is anticipated to comprise four stages: Stage One – Pre-Tender Expression of Interest: Initial assessment of prospective Contractors and shortlisting of up to three Contractors.
