C&S GMS is progressing the development of a Distributed Analysis (DA) operating model, enabling genomic testing activity to be undertaken across the multiple laboratory sites while operating as a single regional service. To support this model, BWC is seeking market engagement with suppliers capable of providing a modern Genomic Laboratory Information System (LIMS) to improve functionality within the wider GMS network. The future solution must support the end-to-end genomic testing pathway, enabling laboratories across the network to access, manage, analyse and report genomic information irrespective of where testing activity is undertaken.
