North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is commencing a review of the care home market and its future commissioning arrangements ahead of a planned procurement for provision of future care home arrangements. The review will consider current contractual arrangements and will include the development of a new service specification to ensure that future arrangements continue to support good-quality, sustainable and person-centred care that meets the needs of local people.
