There are three primary geographical areas in which Beyond Housings properties are located with approximately 10,000 houses located in the Redcar (North) area and a further 5,000 houses located in the Scarborough and Whitby areas (South). The specific geographical areas, by postcode, that the active fire contract currently covers is, as follows, however these are subject to change as the stock profile of Beyond Housing expands.
