Future Housekeeping Services for Manchester Town Hall Manchester City Council is undertaking preparatory work for the future procurement of housekeeping services to support the operation of the refurbished Manchester Town Hall. As the Town Hall reopens and transitions back into operational use following refurbishment works, the Council intends to put in place a shorter-term housekeeping arrangement to ensure continuity of service and support initial building occupation requirements.
