Organisations are invited to take part in the pre maket engagement seek input from market participants to inform and help Ofcom inform our procurement strategy for our employee voice programme. Ofcom currently relies on an annual colleague survey as the primary means of gathering measurable feedback on employee experience. This model does not provide sufficiently timely or agile insight into emerging colleague experience, culture, engagement and organisational challenges.
