Swansea Council is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of an Agency Staff Framework for Child & Family Services (Social Care). The Council is currently developing their Services Specification, contracting process and commercial model for the provision of a Framework Agreement and this notice contains information about a Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ) which seeks the views and opinions of those organisations that may be interested in delivering the services.
