Network Rail is undertaking a market engagement exercise to enhance its understanding of the market for the supply and delivery of liquid fuels across Great Britain. The information gathered will be used to inform the Network Rail’s procurement strategy and any future procurement activity. Network Rail is intending to tender for a national framework for the supply and delivery of liquid fuels across Great Britain.
