RBWM are looking to award a new contract in which the contractor shall deliver comprehensive maintenance, support, and repair services for the RBWM Bus Real-Time Passenger Information (RTPI) system. This obligation encompasses all associated hardware, software, communications infrastructure, and data feeds necessary to ensure the continuous delivery of accurate, real-time arrival and departure information across the Borough's passenger transport network. In addition to this, they shall provide a detailed plan of how they will undertake a condition survey in order to ascertain which hardware needs urgent replacement.
