The current contract for the ACTION ON ENERGY CAMBRIDGESHIRE RETROFIT FRAMEWORK is due to expire in May 2027. It is proposed that the Council undertakes a procurement exercise to award a replacement contract so that service delivery may continue uninterrupted at the end of the current contract. The Cambridgeshire Energy Retrofit Partnership (CERP) is a partnership of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough local authorities that has worked together for many years to support the retrofit challenge to alleviate fuel poverty and maximise energy efficiency.
