Cheshire East Council are recommissioning Supported Living, Outreach and Day Opportunity Services. Theses services are currently commissioned through the 'Complex Needs DPS - Dynamic Purchasing System' and the 'Day Opportunities FPS - Flexible Purchasing System' Under the Care Act, the Local Authority has a statutory responsibility to ensure this service is available for the residents of Cheshire East. Contracted providers deliver high quality, safe and personalised care and support to Adults over 18 (and individuals 16+ who are transitioning into adulthood).
