The Crown Estate intends to establish a single-lot framework agreement for the provision of multidisciplinary building surveying consultancy services across its Urban portfolio, including Central London and regional commercial, residential and retail assets. The scope is expected to comprise approximately 19 service lines, including core building surveying, façade and building-envelope advice, dilapidations, party wall services, fire-safety support, principal designer and CDM advisory services, project management and cost management.
