Leeds City Council’s internal service provider (ISP) for construction and repair works, Leeds Building Services (LBS) are responsible for installing Specialist Flue Systems in line with Gas Safety Regulations. This will involve the design, supply, installation and commission of bespoke flue systems including pressure testing. The contractors will be expected to survey, design, supply components, install and commission bespoke chimney/flue systems for combustion appliances (mainly natural gas but may on occasion include heating oil and wood pellet fuelled appliances).
