Thanet District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable select and appoint a Principal Contractor to execute the conversion of 38-40 Grosvenor Place, Margate and will be inviting prospective bidders’ to submit a Tender to meet the requirements. The Contract requires the sensitive refurbishment and conversion of this vacant building owned by the Council, to provide 11 x one bedroom flats for the Council’s use as temporary accommodation, supporting residents in the District experiencing homelessness.
