Teignbridge District Council intends to procure cleaning services for its corporate, operational and leisure buildings and its public toilets. The current scope includes: - Forde House - Old Forde House - the Depot and Bulking Station - Newton Abbot Leisure Centre - Broadmeadow Sports Centre - Dawlish Leisure Centre - Teignbridge Business Centre - Sherborne House - around 24 public toilet sites across the district The portfolio is expected to change during the contract term. The contract will therefore need to allow sites to be added and removed.
