The Council has an on-going need to dispose of waste from around the borough to enable it to undertake its day to day operations. The proposed procurement includes but is not limited to: Tipping: Highways waste, grounds maintenance waste (green waste, glass, plastics, animal waste, clothing etc.), fly tipping waste (tyres, white goods, chairs, clothing, timber, glass etc.), furnished homes waste from properties Skips: Hire of skips of various sizes and various locations around the borough, and disposal of their contents Highways arising's and gulley waste: street sweepings and gulley emptying are non-source segregated waste collected by the machines from the highway around the Borough.
