Wigan Council Public Health is undertaking early market engagement to inform the future commissioning of a new Healthy Child Programme (HCP) Connected Parents The proposed service will provide a community-based offer for parents, carers and families of children and young people aged 0-19 years, and up to 25 years for young people with SEND, with a particular focus on the first 1001 days and adolescence as key developmental periods.
