Tämä ilmoitus on ennakkoilmoitus. Tämä ilmoitus ei ole hankintailmoitus, tarjouspyyntö eikä ilmoituksen julkaisulla aloiteta tarjouskilpailua. Ennakkoilmoituksen on tarkoitus antaa markkinoille ennalta tietoa tulevasta hankinnasta. HUS Kiinteistöt Oy toteuttaa Naistenklinikan B-osan peruskorjauksen yhteistoiminnallisena projektinjohtourakkana tavoitebudjetilla. B-osa on Naistenklinikan päärakennuksen viimeinen peruskorjaamaton osa. Rakennus on otettu käyttöön 1934 ja on sr2-suojeltu. Peruskorjaus kattaa B-osan tunnelikerroksesta katolle (kokonaispinta-ala n. 8 661 brm2), korjaa sisäilmaongelmat ja uudistaa tilat erikoissairaanhoidon vaatimuksia vastaaviksi.
