Tämä ilmoitus on ennakkoilmoitus ja kutsu markkinavuoropuheluun. Tämä ilmoitus ei ole hankintailmoitus, tarjouspyyntö eikä ilmoituksen julkaisulla aloiteta tarjouskilpailua. Ennakkoilmoituksen on tarkoitus antaa markkinoille ennalta tietoa tulevasta hankinnasta.
