Tämä on hankintalain 61 § mukainen ennakkoilmoitus, jolla hankintayksikkö voi lyhentää tarjousaikaa avoimessa menettelyssä vähintään 15 päivään ja rajoitetussa menettelyssä sekä neuvottelumenettelyssä vähintään 10 päivään. Ennakkoilmoitus on toimitettu julkaistavaksi vähintään 35 päivää ja enintään 12 kuukautta ennen hankintailmoituksen lähettämistä.
